Terms of service and policies

By ordering any of our advertising services you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following advertiser terms and policies.

1. Rotator Advertising Services

  1. 1.1 The link(s) you submit must comply with the following terms and policies.
  2. 1.2 We reserve the right to deny any link(s) that we do not see fit to be displayed on our platform, including but not limited to: pop-ups/pop-unders, hate, extremist, discriminating, adult/warez or illegal content as well as any other PTP/rotator-advertising programs.
  3. 1.3 Since we embed your link(s) on our platform, these must be visible and working as intended inside iFrames. You can test your links here.
  4. 1.4 All submitted links and their content, including any redirected links, must be accessible through the secure HTTPS protocol.
  5. 1.5 We cannot guarantee nor assure that you would receive any referrals, leads, or sales, as we cannot control our visitors actions.
  6. 1.6 Conversions depend entirely on saturation or attractiveness of the advertised product or service.
  7. 1.7 The traffic we provide is worldwide, incentive-based traffic sourced mainly from our own Publisher program and also from various GPT sites.
  8. 1.8 The only campaign-related analytics available are the amount of visits, interactions, and clicks your link(s) have received during and after your campaign ends. These statistics are provided for informational purposes only and do not have contractual capacity.
  9. 1.9 There is no minimum guaranteed visits, neither a maximum guaranteed visits, as we are not selling any specific visitor amount here.
  10. 1.10 You are paying for the number of days for which your link(s) would be included in rotation on our platform, during which you may receive an unlimited amount of visitors.
  11. 1.11 You can request a link change once in a 24 hour period, but only if your order has more than 24 hours left until completion.
  12. 1.12 Once your order goes live, it cannot be paused, stopped, or canceled.

2. Banner Advertising Services

  1. 2.1 The link(s) and banner image(s) you submit must comply with the following terms and policies.
  2. 2.2 We reserve the right to deny any banner or link that we do not see fit to be displayed on our platform, including but not limited to: pop-ups/pop-unders, hate, extremist, discriminating, adult/warez or illegal content as well as any other PTP/rotator-advertising programs.
  3. 2.3 All submitted links and their content, including any redirected links, must be accessible through the secure HTTPS protocol.
  4. 2.4 We cannot guarantee nor assure that you would receive any referrals, leads, or sales, as we cannot control our visitors actions.
  5. 2.5 Conversions depend entirely on saturation or attractiveness of the advertised banner image, product, or service.
  6. 2.6 The traffic we provide is worldwide, incentive-based traffic sourced mainly from our own Publisher program and also from various GPT sites.
  7. 2.7 The only campaign-related analytics available are impressions, clicks, and click-through-rate during and after the campaign ends. These are informational only and do not have contractual capacity.
  8. 2.8 There is no minimum guaranteed impressions or clicks, neither a maximum guaranteed impressions or clicks, as we are not selling any specific traffic amount here.
  9. 2.9 You are paying for the number of days for which your banner would be included in rotation on our platform, during which you may receive an unlimited amount of impressions and clicks.
  10. 2.10 Banner slot positions rotate whenever the page is accessed, helping ensure balanced exposure for all banners.
  11. 2.11 Banner images are automatically resized to fit their parent slot size regardless of the original image dimensions submitted.
  12. 2.12 Real-time statistics are shown for each banner individually and can be seen by hovering the mouse cursor over each banner.
  13. 2.13 We count only true banner impressions, meaning only those that are actually visible to the visitor or scrolled into view.
  14. 2.14 Banner images must be hosted on HTTPS image providers.
  15. 2.15 To ensure fast loading times, submitted banner images may be copied to and served from our CDN regardless of where the original image is hosted.
  16. 2.16 Annoying or misleading banners are not allowed, including excessively flashing images, adult or explicit content, or scripts that programmatically swap the banner image on each request.
  17. 2.17 You can request a banner or link change once in a 24 hour period, but only if your order has more than 24 hours left until completion.
  18. 2.18 Once your order goes live, it cannot be paused, stopped, or canceled.

3. Privacy Policy

  1. 3.1 E-mail addresses or any other form of personal information regarding our users will never be shown, given, or sold.
  2. 3.2 E-mail addresses are used only to communicate with our users and to confirm the advertising campaign start and end.
  3. 3.3 Confirmation e-mails are sent when payment is confirmed, when the order goes live, and after it is completed.
  4. 3.4 Payment processor addresses are used only to confirm purchases.
  5. 3.5 All user activity is closely monitored in order to provide the best user experience possible and to prevent fraud.
  6. 3.6 We do not share any user information with third parties except where necessary to process payments or comply with the law.
  7. 3.7 Cookies are used for various tracking purposes. These do not contain personally identifiable information.
  8. 3.8 All data saved in cookies is safely managed and encrypted to prevent potential eavesdropping.
  9. 3.9 All Stripe transactions are subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  10. 3.10 All Skrill transactions are subject to the Skrill Privacy Policy.
  11. 3.11 All FaucetPay transactions are subject to the FaucetPay Privacy Policy.
  12. 3.12 Users must also comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of each advertisement viewed through our platform.

4. Delivery Policy

  1. 4.1 Orders are reviewed and processed manually in a maximum of 4 hours from purchase date.
  2. 4.2 You will receive an e-mail once the payment is confirmed, another when the campaign goes live, as well as one when it is completed.

5. Refund Policy

  1. 5.1 All payments are non-refundable, except if we find that your link(s) or creatives cannot be displayed on our platform.
  2. 5.2 We cannot honor refund requests if your order has already been processed, finished, or is currently being served.

6. Chargeback Policy

  1. 6.1 In case of payment chargebacks, unauthorized payments, held payments, or any other potentially fraudulent activity, the associated order(s) will be canceled immediately.
  2. 6.2 We will dispute all chargeback cases with the relevant authorities and pursue legal options against fraudulent users where appropriate.
  3. 6.3 Users initiating chargebacks for any reason will no longer be allowed access to any of our services.

7. Liability

  1. 7.1 We are not liable for delays or failures that are not directly related to us and are therefore beyond our control.
  2. 7.2 We are not responsible for any of the advertisement contents shown on our platform.
  3. 7.3 We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time, including but not limited to service prices or rules.
