Terms of Service and Policies

ROTATOR-ADVERTISING SERVICES
  1. The link(s) you submit must comply with the following Terms and Policies.
  2. We reserve the right to deny any link(s) that we do not see fit to be displayed on our platform, including but not limited to: pop-ups/pop-unders, hate, extremist, discriminating, adult/warez or illegal content as well as any other PTP/Rotator-advertising programs.
  3. Since we embed your link(s) on our platform, these must be visible and working as intended inside iFrames. For that purpose you may test your links here.
  4. All submitted links and their content (including any redirected links) must be accessible through the secure HTTPS protocol.
  5. We cannot guarantee nor assure that you would receive any referrals, leads or sales, as we cannot control our visitors actions.
  6. Conversions depend entirely on saturation or attractiveness of the advertised product or service.
  7. The traffic we provide is worldwide, incentive-based traffic sourced mainly from our own Publisher program and also from various GPT sites.
  8. The only campaign-related analytics available is the amount of visits we've sent you during and after your campaign ends as well as the total amount of interactions and clicks your link(s) have received, neither of which have any contractual capacity and are provided for informational purposes only.
  9. There is no minimum guaranteed visits, neither a maximum guaranteed visits, as we are not selling any specific visitors amount here.
  10. You are paying for the number of days for which your link(s) would be included in rotation on our platform, during which you may receive an unlimited amount of visitors.
  11. You can request for a link(s) change once in a 24 hour period but only if your order has more than 24 hours left until completion.
  12. Once your order goes live, it cannot be paused nor stopped or canceled.
BANNER-ADVERTISING SERVICES
  1. The link(s) you submit must comply with the following Terms and Policies.
  2. We reserve the right to deny any link(s) that we do not see fit to be displayed on our platform, including but not limited to: pop-ups/pop-unders, hate, extremist, discriminating, adult/warez or illegal content as well as any other PTP/Rotator-advertising programs.
  3. All submitted links and their content (including any redirected links) must accessible through the secure HTTPS protocol.
  4. We cannot guarantee nor assure that you would receive any referrals, leads or sales, as we cannot control our visitors actions.

  6. The traffic we provide is worldwide, incentive-based traffic sourced mainly from our own Publisher program and also from various GPT sites.
  7. The only campaign-related analytics available is the amount of impressions, clicks and click-through-rate we've sent your during and after your campaign ends, neither of which have any contractual capacity and are provided for informational purposes only.
  8. There is no minimum guaranteed impressions/clicks, neither a maximum guaranteed impressions/clicks, as we are not selling any specific visitors amount here.
  9. You are paying for the number of days for which your banner would be included in rotation on our platform, during which you may receive an unlimited amount of impressions/clicks.
  10. The banner slots position gets rotated every time the page is accessed, thus ensuring maximum exposure for all banners.
  11. The banner images are automatically resized to fit their parent slot size (728x90 or 468x60), regardless of the banner size submitted.
  12. Real-time statistics are shown for each banner individually and can be seen by hovering the mouse cursor over each banner.
  13. We are counting only "true" banner impressions, meaning only those are accounted for that are visible to the visitor or scrolled to.
  14. The banners must be hosted on HTTPS image providers.
  15. In order to ensure fast loading times, all submitted banner images on our platform are copied to and loaded from a CDN regardless where the actual banners are hosted.
  16. Annoying or misleading banners not allowed (ie. excessively flashing images, adult or explicit content) neither scripts which programmatically load a different image on each request.
  17. You can request for a banner/link change once in a 24 hour period but only if your order has more than 24 hours left until completion.
  18. Once your order goes live, it cannot be paused nor stopped or canceled.
PRIVACY POLICY
  1. E-mail addresses or any other form of personal information regarding our users will never be shown, given or sold.
  2. E-mail addresses are used only to communicate with our users and to confirm the advertising campaigns start/end.
  3. Confirmation e-mails are sent once an order has been processed, when it goes live and another one after it is completed.
  4. Payment processor addresses are used only to confirm purchases.
  5. All user activity is closely monitored in order to provide the best user experience possible and to prevent fraud.
  6. We do not share any user information with third parties.
  7. Cookies are used for various tracking purposes. These do not contain any personally identifiable information.
  8. All data saved in cookies is safely managed and encrypted to prevent potential eavesdropping.
  9. All Stripe transactions are subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  10. All Skrill transactions are subject to the Skrill Privacy Policy.
  11. All PerfectMoney transactions are subject to the PerfectMoney Privacy Policy.
  12. All Bitcoin transactions are subject to the Coinbase Privacy Policy.
  13. All PAYEER transactions are subject to the PAYEER Privacy Policy.
  14. All AirTM transactions are subject to the AirTM Privacy Policy.
  15. All Faucetpay transactions are subject to the Faucetpay Privacy Policy.
  16. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.
  17. Users must also comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of each advertisement viewed through our platform.
DELIVERY POLICY
  1. Orders are reviewed and processed manually in a maximum of 4 hours from purchase date.
  2. You will receive an e-mail once the payment is confirmed, another one when it goes live as well as one when it is completed.
REFUND POLICY
  1. All payments are non-refundable, except if we find that your link(s) cannot be displayed on our platform.
  2. We cannot honor refund requests if your order has already been processed, finished or is currently being served.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
  1. In case of payment chargebacks (unauthorized payments, held payments, etc.) or any other potentially fraudulent activity, the associated order(s) will be canceled immediately.
  2. We will dispute all chargeback cases with the relevant authorities and pursue all legal options against fraudulent users.
  3. Users initiating chargebacks for any reason, will no longer be allowed access to any of our services.
LIABILITY
  1. We are not liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to us and therefore beyond our control.
  2. We are not responsible for any of the advertisement contents shown on our platform.
  3. We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time, including but not limited to service prices or rules.
